Dear Swansea families,

Here is our Swansea Weekly News:

  • Chats with the Principal
    • Remember: tomorrow Friday Oct. 1st we will have Chats with the principal @ 8:15-9:45 AM. Here is the link to join the meeting tomorrow: https://bit.ly/2Y2J7wb 
  • Parent Handbook Signature Page
    • You will be receiving the last page of the parent handbook in the Thursday Folder. This page needs to be signed and returned to your student’s teacher after reading the parent handbook. 
  • School Store
    • We have the school store ready to go for students! Students can buy things in the school store by using their leadership tickets (no money). The store is open for students on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. 
  • Picture Day
    • Picture day is coming on Oct. 8th. Uniform is required on this day. You are able to preorder pictures online by clicking on this link: https://bit.ly/3ok8dli.  If you want to pay with cash please make sure you send the exact amount in the envelope. If you have any questions regarding picture day please call the main office at (720) 424-3630.
  • Parent/Teacher Conferences
    • We will be having parent/teacher conferences on Oct. 11th – 14th. Conferences will be held virtually. If you don’t have a device or access to the internet, please let your student’s teacher know. Teachers will be sending home a sheet where you can select the time and date that works best for you. 
  • Halloween Donations
    • As we are getting ready and planning for our Halloween Event, we are asking to please bring candy donations. Please spread the word to family and friends to see who is able to help this way. We are asking for bags of assorted candy, chocolate, lollipops, chewy candy, small bags (for goody bags) pencils, etc.

  • Charlas con la Directora
    • Recuerde que mañana es 1ero de octubre. Tenemos Charlas con la Directora a las 8:15-9:45 AM. Aqui esta el enlace para que nos acompañe mañana: https://bit.ly/2Y2J7wb 
  • Hoja de Firma del Manual para Padres 
    • Recibirá la última hoja del manual para padres en la carpeta de los jueves. Esta hoja se debe firmar y regresar con la/el maestra/o de su estudiante después de que haya leído el manual para padres. 
  • Tiendita de la escuela
    • ¡Ya tenemos lista la tiendita de la escuela para los estudiantes! Los estudiantes pueden comprar en la tiendita usando los boletos de liderazgo (no con dinero). La tiendita está abierta el 1er y 3er viernes de cada mes. 
  • Dia de fotos
    • El día de fotos ya viene el 8 de octubre. El uniforme es obligatorio en este día. Usted puede ordenar fotos antes de este día en línea haciendo clic en este enlace: https://bit.ly/3ok8dli. Si usted quiere pagar con dinero en efectivo, por favor asegúrese de poner la cantidad exacta en el sobre. Si tiene preguntas sobre el día de fotos por favor llame a la oficina principal al  (720) 424-3630.
  • Conferencias de padres y maestros
    • Tendremos las conferencias de padres y maestros del 11 – 14 de octubre. Las conferencias serán virtuales. Si usted no tiene un dispositivo o acceso al internet, déjele saber a la/el maestra/o de su estudiante. Los maestros mandan a casa una hoja para poner el día y la hora de su preferencia. 
  • Donaciones para Halloween
    • Nos estamos preparando y planeando el evento de Halloween y estamos pidiendo que por favor traigan donaciones de dulces. Pase la voz por favor a sus familiares y amigos para ver quien nos pueda ayudar con esto. Estamos pidiendo bolsas de dulces surtido, chocolate, paletas de dulce, dulces de caramelo, bolsitas para los dulces, etc.
