Parent Volunteers Needed On April 30

We’re looking for parent volunteers to assist with distributing a sweet surprise for our students in celebration of El Dia Del Nino/Day of the Children on April 30. Volunteers will be needed from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. If you’re interested and available to help celebrate our students, please contact the Main Office.

GrowHaus Food Boxes

GrowHaus is a community partner and organization that brings boxes of fresh, organic produce to Denver residents. GrowHaus will be coming to Swansea to sign parents up for FREE produce boxes. More details will be coming soon!

Read to Kids Night

Join us at Read to Kids Night on April 30 at 5 p.m.! More details on the event will be coming soon.

There are only a few months left in the school year, and we wanted to make our families aware of these upcoming school happenings! Please mark your calendars.

  • April 18: No School for Students
  • April 30: Dia Del Los Ninos / Children’s Day Celebration
  • April 30 at 5 p.m.: Read to Kids Night
  • May 2 from 8:30-9:30 a.m.: Chats with the Principal
  • May 6: Teacher Appreciation Day
  • May 9: No School for Students (Swansea Day)
  • May 16 from 9:30-10:30: Unidos Por Swansea
  • May 17 from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.: Spring Carnival
  • June 2: Field Day
  • June 3: Half Day for Students
  • June 3: Continuation Ceremonies
    • Fifth grade: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
    • Kindergarten : 9:30-10:30 a.m.
    • ECE: 10:30-11:30 a.m.

CMAS Testing Has Begun

CMAS testing is underway and will continue through Wednesday, April 23. Thank you for ensuring your student is present and on time to school! Even though testing has just begun, we can see that our students are working hard and using all their allocated time. We are so proud of our young scholars and will continue to encourage them to do their very best.
