The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is providing your child’s school with a FREE COVID-19 screening testing program for the 2022-2023 school year. The weekly rapid antigen testing is available to all students regardless of vaccination status. Ongoing COVID-19 testing will help Colorado schools detect infections early and get ahead of the outbreaks, so that students can safely continue in-person learning.

  • Key Program details:
  • This program is voluntary.
  • Students younger than the age of 18 are required to have parental or guardian consent of file to participate.
  • All students with parental or guardian consent on file are eligible to receive monetary incentives, regardless of their current vaccination status, unless their school opts out of the incentives program will receive $25 for the first COVID-19 test administered and $10 for every subsequent test administered each week, with a maximum of one incentive per week. Students will receive incentives as gift cards, monthly and retroactively.

Incentives for students are earned by the completion of each round of testing, register today for your child to be eligible.

Pruebas Rapidas De Covid Gratis

El Departamento de Salud Publica y Ambiente de Colorado (CDPHE) esta proporcionando a la escuela de su hijo un programa GRATUITO de pruebas de deteccion de COVID-19 para el ano escolar 2022-2023. La prueba rapida semanal de antigenos esta disponible para todos los estudiantes, independientemente del estado de vacunacion. Las pruebas de COVID-19 en curso ayudaran a las escuelas de Colorado a detectar infecciones temprano y adelantarse a los brotes, para que los estudiantes puedan continuar con seguridad el aprendizaje en persona.

Detalles Clave del Programa:

  • Este programa es voluntario.
  • Los Estudiantes menores de 18 anos deben tener el consentimiento de los padres o tutores para participar.
  • todos los estudiantes con el consentimiento de los padres o tutores en e archivo son elegibles para recibir incentivos monetarios, independientemente de su estado actual de vacunacion, a meno que su escuela opte por no participar en el programa de incentivos. Los estudiantes que opten por el programa de incentivos recibiran 25$ por la primera prueba de COVID-19 administrada y 10$ por cada prueba posterior administrada cada semana, con un maximo de un incentivo por semana. Los estudiantes recibiran incentivos como tarjetas de regalo, mensual y retroactivamente.
