Round 1 will be open tomorrow Jan. 15th. Like always we are here to help you. Here are important things to keep in mind:

  • All ECE and 5th grade students will need to fill out and online application
    • Must wear a face mask (covering)
  • We will be helping families in-person ONLY BY APPOINTMENT
  • For ECE applications you will need to bring:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Proof of address (service address only)
    • Proof of income
    • Current pay stub(s) equivalent for one month
    • W2 for 2019
    • Shot records
    • Current physical
  • Please call 720-424-3630 to make an appointment
    • For your safety and ours, we will not be able to help you without an appointment 

Valentine’s Day @ Swansea

Valentine’s day is coming up, and at Swansea we want to do a little celebration at the end of the day. We are asking for candy donations so we can hand out small candy bags to each child in-person and remote. We will have more details to follow.

Meal Distribution

Food distribution is now being held at Bruce Randolph Middle School at 3955 Steele St, Denver, CO 80205, every Monday-Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., for anyone 18 and younger.

IMPORTANT DATES & REMINDERS

  • Muffins with Muñoz 
    • Jan. 28th @ 5 p.m.
  • 5th grade info nights @ McAuliffe Manual Middle School
  • CSC Meeting : February 4th @ 5 p.m.
  • SchoolChoice Round 1: January 15th to February 16th, 2021

¡La primera ronda se abrirá pronto! Y como siempre aquí estamos para ayudarle. Aqui, unas cosas que tomar en mente:

  • Todos los estudiantes de ECE y 5to grado van a tener que llenar una aplicacion en linea 
  • Estaremos ayudando a las familias en persona SOLAMENTE CON CITA
    • Debe de traer cubrebocas puesto
  • Para las aplicaciones de ECE necesita traer:
    • Acta de nacimiento
    • Comprobante de domicilio (debe decir: dirección de servicio)
    • Comprobante de ingresos 
      • Talones de pagos actuales (equivalente a 1 mes)
    • Registro de vacunas 
    • Examen físico más corriente
    • Llame por favor al 720-424-3630 para hacer su cita
      • Por su bienestar y el de nosotros, no podremos ayudarle si no tiene una cita

Dia de San Valentín en Swansea

El día de San Valentín se aproxima pronto, y en Swansea queremos tener un pequeño festejo al final del día. Estamos pidiendo donaciones de dulces para así poder darles a cada niño en clases presenciales y virtual una bolsita con dulces. Tendremos más detalles por venir. 

Distribución de Comidas

La distribución de comidas ahora es en la escuela secundaria Bruce Randolph en el 3955 Steele St, Denver, CO 80205 todos los días de lunes a viernes de las 11 am a 1 pm a todos los menores de 18 años.
