Dear Swansea families, here is our Swansea Weekly News:

In-Person Updates (Only for families that selected in-person learning)

January 11th: In-person Learning for ECE – 2nd grade students
January 12th: In-person Learning for 3rd – 5th grade students

YMCA Program

The YMCA program will be running from 2:45 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please take advantage of this great opportunity and go to this link for registration https://tinyurl.com/y6twmeme

Virtual Q&A

Do you know someone new to the neighborhood? Do you know a 3, 4 or 5 year old ready to start school? If you answered YES, invite them to our virtual Q&A meeting on Jan. 14th @ 9 a.m. or 6 p.m.

Round 1 will be opening soon! Like always we are here to help you. Here are important things to keep in mind:
- All ECE and 5th grade students will need to fill out and online application
  1. Must wear a face mask (covering)
- We will be helping families in-person ONLY BY APPOINTMENT
- For ECE applications you will need to bring:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Proof of address (service address only)
  3. Proof of income
    - Current pay stub(s) equivalent for one month
    - W2 for 2019
  4. Shot records
  5. Current physical
- Please call 720-424-3630 to make an appointment. For your safety and ours, we will not be able to help you without an appointment

IMPORTANT DATES & REMINDERS

Meal Distribution: Free breakfast and lunch every Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., for anyone 18 and younger.
5th grade info nights @ McAuliffe Manual Middle School
- Monday, January 11
- Thursday, January 21
- Wednesday, February 3
- 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
CSC Meeting
- February 4th @ 5 p.m.
SchoolChoice Round 1
- January 15th-February 16th, 2021

Junta de Preguntas y Respuestas Virtual

¿Conoce a alguien nuevo en el vecindario? ¿Conoce a un niño de 3, 4 o 5 años listo para empezar la escuela? Si contestó que SÍ, invítelos a nuestra junta virtual de preguntas y respuestas el día 14 de ene. a las 9:00 AM y a las 6:00PM.

¡La primera ronda se abrirá pronto! Y como siempre aqui estamos para ayudarle. Aqui, unas cosas que tomar en mente:
Todos los estudiantes de ECE y 5to grado van a tener que llenar una aplicacion en linea
Estaremos ayudando a las familias en persona SOLAMENTE CON CITA
Debe de traer cubrebocas puesto
Para las aplicaciones de ECE necesita traer:
- Acta de nacimiento
- Comprobante de domicilio (debe decir: dirección de servicio)
- Comprobante de ingresos
  - Talones de pagos actuales (equivalente a 1 mes)
- Registro de vacunas
- Examen físico más corriente
- Llame por favor al (720) 424-3630 para hacer su cita
Por su bienestar y el de nosotros, no podremos ayudarle si no tiene una cita
