Dear Swansea families,

Here is our Swansea Weekly News:

  • Valentine’s Day Celebration
    • At Swansea we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a small classroom party from 2:45-3:15 PM
    • Students that do not want to participate will have free time in the library.
    • Due to the increasing COVID cases and to avoid more time without masks in the classroom, there will be no eating in the classroom during the party. (This applies to other small classroom celebrations)
      • The school will provide a small treat for students to take home
      • All other treats need to be in a separate bag for students to take home.

  • Swansea Day
    • No School – Monday February 7 2022
  • SchoolChoice
    • ECE and 5th grade students please remember that the window closes on February 15, 2022. You can apply through your parent portal account or the link for the application

Aquí están nuestras Noticias Semanales de Swansea:

  • Celebraciones del Día de San Valentín
    • En Swansea estaremos celebrando el dia de San Valentín con una pequeña fiesta en el salon de 2:45-3:15 PM
    • Los estudiantes que no deseen participar, tendrán tiempo libre en la biblioteca.
    •  Debido a los casos de COVID que están incrementando y para evitar más tiempo sin cubrebocas en el salón, no está permitido comer en el salón durante la fiesta. (Esto también aplica para otras pequeñas celebraciones en el salon)
      • La escuela proporcionará un pequeño bocadillo para que los estudiantes se lleven a casa.
      • Todos los demás bocadillos deben estar en una bolsita por separado para que los estudiantes se lleven a casa

    • No hay clases: lunes 7 de febrero, 2022

    • Estudiantes de ECE y 5to grado, por favor recuerden que  la ventana para aplicar termina el 15 de febrero de 2022. Puede aplicar por medio de su cuenta del portal para padres o usando el enlace para la aplicación
