Dear Swansea families,

Here is our Swansea Weekly News:

• Halloween at Swansea
  • Please come and join us in a fun-filled afternoon on Friday October 29th! Please read the attached flyer. 
• Halloween Candy Donations and Volunteers
  • For our Halloween event, we are asking to please bring candy donations. We are asking for bags of assorted candy, chocolate, lollipops, chewy candy, etc. The last day we will accept donations is Thursday Oct. 28th.  We also need volunteers to help us set up, pass out candy and clean up. Please spread the word to family and friends to see who is able to help either way. 
• Face Masks Required
  • The district did not provide enough face masks this year and we are running very low. Please make sure that your student comes to school with a face mask on. Due to the low quantity, there may be a fee for masks in the future. 
• Community Ofrenda
  • Please send your items for the ofrenda with your student. Students can drop off the items in the Art Room. Please label your items with your student’s name if you would like the item to be returned.

  • ¡Venga y acompáñenos por favor a una tarde llena de diversión el viernes 29 de octubre! Vea por favor el volante adjunto.
• Donaciones de Dulces y voluntarios para Halloween
  • Para el evento de Halloween, estamos pidiendo que por favor traigan donaciones de dulces. Estamos pidiendo bolsas de dulces surtido, chocolate, paletas de dulce, dulces de caramelo, etc. El último día que se aceptan donaciones es el jueves 28 de octubre. También necesitamos voluntarios para ayudar a acomodar, dar dulces a los niños y limpiar. Pase la voz por favor a sus familiares y amigos para ver quien nos pueda ayudar con esto.
• Cubrebocas obligatorio
  • Este año el distrito no nos preveo suficientes cubrebocas y ya nos quedan muy pocos. Asegúrese por favor de que su estudiante venga a la escuela con el cubrebocas puesto. Debido a la baja cantidad de cubrebocas, puede haber una tarifa por los cubrebocas en un futuro.
• Ofrenda Comunitaria
  • Por favor envíe sus artículos para la ofrenda con su estudiante. Los estudiantes pueden dejar los artículos en el salón de arte. Por favor ponga el nombre de su estudiante en sus artículos si desea que se le devuelvan.
