Here is our Swansea Weekly News:

  • Spring Picture Day Tomorrow
    • Picture day will be for all of our students in person and virtual. 
    • If you would like to purchase a picture package, you can do so by ordering online by clicking this link: https://www.dorianstudio.com/    
    • Virtual students that would like their picture taken, must call the main office (720)424-3630 to set up an appointment (this is optional for virtual students)
    • Students may have a dress down day for their picture. 
  • Principal Survey
    • Click this link to take the principal survey: https://bit.ly/3dHY62L. If you haven’t done so, tomorrow is the last day to take the survey.
  • Continuation Ceremony Guidelines
    • The district has released the following guidelines for all ceremonies:
      • Everyone must be wearing a face mask at all times
      • Everyone will need to be 6 feet apart from each other
      • They must be outdoors
      • Limited capacity to 2 people per student
        • We will livestream the ceremony for those family members who cannot be present.
      • There will be a time restriction which means:
        • You cannot arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony
        • You cannot stay longer than 15 minutes after the ceremony

    • Continuation Ceremonies

  • Mañana las fotos de primavera
    • El día de fotos de primavera será para todos nuestros estudiantes en clases presenciales y virtuales. 
    • Si desea comprar un paquete de fotos, lo puede hacer en línea haciendo clic en este enlace: https://www.dorianstudio.com/ 
    • Los estudiantes en clases virtuales que gusten tomarse la foto, deben llamar a la oficina principal al (720)424-3630 para hacer una cita
    • El uniforme no es obligatorio para la foto.
  • Encuesta del Director
    • Haga clic en el enlace para tomar la encuesta: https://bit.ly/3dHY62L. Mañana es el último día para contestar la encuesta si no lo ha hecho aún. 
  • Reglas para las ceremonias de graduaciones
    • El distrito ha lanzado las siguientes reglas para todas las ceremonias:
      • Todos deben traer cubrebocas puesto todo el tiempo
      • Todos deben de estar a 6 pies de distancia
      • Deben de ser al aire libre
      • Cupo limitado a 2 personas por estudiante
        • Estaremos transmitiendo las ceremonias en vivo para todos los familiares que no pueden asistir
      • Habrá restricciones de tiempo, eso quiere decir que:
        • No puede llegar más de 15 minutos antes de la ceremonia
        • No se puede quedar más de 15 minutos después de la ceremonia

Fechas Importantes y Recordatorios

  • 16 de abril
    • Dia de fotos de primavera
    • Ultimo dia para tomar la encuesta del director
  • 27 de mayo
    • Ceremonias de graduaciones
